Best advice I can give is don't bring them up to support Everton, if you don't do that your a good parent regardless of anything else you do.

Log into mumsnet or similar and you will find countless other parents in your situation.Thank you. It's just so hard to watch and almost impossible to get through to them when happening. It's good to know that it is not uncommon. That was sort of what I needed to know.
Still debating that with my son, about inflicting that shower on my grandson.Best advice I can give is don't bring them up to support Everton, if you don't do that your a good parent regardless of anything else you do.
5 year old Grandson has them also.Couldn't see anything so thought I'd start it up!
Anyone with kids able to offer words of comfort to ease the pain of a 5 year old girl that seems to have epic tantrums daily lately? Is this normal or should we be worried?!
(I don’t have kids, just wanted to empathise)Mildly worried that this is in fact serious.
Probably should've called the thread 'Dadsnet' but I'm too PC for that! ?Log into mumsnet or similar and you will find countless other parents in your situation.
Too late! Got an insomniac one year old now too!If you've already got kids, don't have anymore.
If you're child free, keep it that way.
Life will be better. It'll be better for the planet.
You can thank me later. Oh, you didn't mean this sort of advice did you?

You hear a lot more about the “terrible twos”, but tantrums are also a normal (but painful) part of development in that 5-7 year old range.Couldn't see anything so thought I'd start it up!

Hi kris.In absolute bits! FFS!
I have kids too! And this is still ridiculously funny!! HahaIn absolute bits! FFS!
I've got 2 kids (son 6 daughter 3). Son does that thing where he hits himself and says stuff like "I'm the worst" etc if he's done something wrong. It's one thing that has got me and the wife stumped on how to deal with. I do fear he's going to have a battle with his mental health when he's older so i don't rant and rave at him when he's being naughty.Couldn't see anything so thought I'd start it up!
