I’m about a minute slower than that lot. Can’t stand racing 1500, way too tactical and ends up being at the whim of someone going out too hard.

Conclusion: Ingerbrigtsen has to stand won form the 1500 and just ficus on the 5k.

Probably when it comes to Championships, but he'll take a world record over an(other) Olympic gold. 3.28 without any help or pace holders is still very, very good.

I guess he could have paid one of the other athletes to act as a pace holder, but not sure how welcomed that would have been in an Olympics final.
