At one stage I thought the atmosphere there was ok, at a certain point under Moyes, they started chants occasionally, for some reason it's know worse than any other part of GP. I remember going there when we played Arsenal and it was ok Felaini scored, but I was amazed at how many fans left 10 minutes before final whistle, when it was 1-1, at that point.

Different demograph to the lower Gwladys St, which is essentially the cheap seats, acting more like the old terrace stand with the most vociferous fans more closely packed together. The Gwladys St is also nearly double the Park End's capacity on the same footprint. That said, the upper Gwladys is far less animated than the lower and not dissimilar to the Park end. The away fans are noisier than the home fans at most games at most grounds.

The Park End is vile, I had two season seats in there, moved from the first to get away from player abusers only to end up by three of the worst supports any club in the country has, one of them spent that much time shouting rubbish I even witnessed him not celebrate certain goals becuase he had spent that much time moaning he wasn't in the right mood for joy.

When looking for a new seat thr steward who showed me what was available, I told him, he said he has heard that all day long, fans trying to get away from those who just moan.

Also notice how the street end stands, you wouldn't see that from the Park End.

I actually agree with you on this one, it’s full of middle aged moaners who probably get bullied by their wives at home and have to go to the match to vent.

My least favourite stand.

What’s the plans for BMD? Personally think it’ll be a disaster if we let people from the Park End mix with those who create atmosphere, surely we still keep them in an area segregated?
Like, not allow them tickets at all? I’d be in favour of that. I’d rather sit in the Top Balcony in the depths of winter than sit in the Park End.

I understand them sitting for the average match but I'd like to think that the Park End will start to stand all game for the remaining homes games this season as the matches now could prove to be the most important in our history.

The noise potential in there is huge so they have the potential to make a very big difference. There must be some of our away fans left in there who can lead the way in there.

Oh wow, the guy I sat next to with my first ever season ticket (top balcony) must have moved to the Park End.

He absolutely ruined the experience of that season.

They don't stand because on average they're older and they can actually see without feeling the need to stand. Same happens in the Upper Gwladys, no-one stands continually in there either. I sit in the Park end but stood/sat in the Gwladys for decades and still do quite regularly. Don't see that much difference in atmosphere tbh, and I'm surrounded by fans who go everywhere.

You calling the fans in Gwladys liars??

Bold move that.
Mozzers Car Park beckons, its the only way, slug it out, winner takes all

The Everton Way!

For whats its worth, Gwladys is my favoured, just a nod to my 80's experiences and years as ST holder, I like the Park End for the view only and something about the moaning rubs off on you and you get sucked into it, weak minded me!

Gwladys all day everyday for the best fans and volume.

Meet me in Mozzers! :coffee:

Haven't been much this season, gutted but also richer for the savings, Palace was lst match and was in Park End, Me Dad was in Main Stand, a good game but not many since
I will miss it when its gone. Big Time, so many memories'
