Good call , Mourhinio had never managed in the Premier League , neither Conte or even Klopp who has turned what was a very mediocre RS team into a top 4 side in 18 months.

No agreed. They’ve all been terrible, just don’t like the sabres he gets not fair really he didn’t play useless wasters like Williams and Sandro. I’d like a manager who I stills discipline and hard work he just seems like another one out of the Martinez play book

Not really, LOTS of people had serious reservations about if Koeman was a good choice or not mate

How is he similar to Martinez?

Fonseca is a really good defensive coach - and works his players really hard to play his system.

He literally works in a war zone, his team play in an empty stadium (as theirs was shelled by the Russians) yet he has created great team spirit and togetherness.

The days of being able to instill discipline through a tough boss are long gone. Players have all the power and almost all the successful managers now are arms round the shoulders types.
