Right I've decided it is happening.

We are getting him, Bernard and Ferreyra all out of contract this summer.

Gives us two players familiar with his system, both of good ages and Champions League proven.

A front 4 of:

Ferreyra
Bernard Sigurdsson Walcott

looks a lot more balanced and threatening that we've had for a while.

With Tosun/Vlasic/Lookman/Dowell/Oneykuru/DCL/Niasse/Klaassen on the books to come in, or sell to raise the money for new attacking fullbacks and passing deep playmakers.

If Fonseca did come in, guarantee we would throw a huge bid in for Fred, depends how much City really wanted him and if it was just more like paper talk with them being in the same group in the CL at the time.

Fred is the absolute linchpin to the way Shahktar play under Fonsecas system

It's this thing where you get the ball and instead of going sidewards or even backwards, you go forward at the other's team goal.

Funny we had him, Dier and Stones all at Finch Farm and ready to sign for <£10m (obviously Manolas fell through) and we've ended up with Williams and Keane at centre back for £40m.

I remember that being rumoured - abar 33 million when Arsenal were 'in' for him - but I'm not certain it was confirmed as real.
