He's been good but not outstanding for us. A solid 7/10 defender, yet one who rarely threatened in the opposition box as a centre back should (will always be thankful for his goal at Anfield). His decline has been rapid, and time is now up. Thanks and all the best, Phil.

Holgate should arguably starting games based on his form this season. He's every bit as good as Mori, possibly even better. That, for me, puts Jagielka 4th choice and highly unlikely or deserving of starting between now and end of the season. Time to part ways and wish him the best.

He's finished at this level.

Plays like an old man on the football field. Can no longer run, appears to be nowhere near as fit as he should be for this level. He's reached the end of the road; the Championship awaits next season. I think he'd be a good fit for somebody like Aston Villa.

I hope he gets abused every time his name is read out on the team sheet now until he leaves. I don't care if he's been a good player for us, what matters is he's not as good as he used to be and needs to be told.

Great player, one of my favourites. And it pains me to say it, but he is finished and he needs to be replaced and let go. No place for sentiment in football and we've been far too loyal to has beens in the past. Hopefully Ronald deals with the situation sensibly.
