Their language, the language of the Brittons was probably the first to be spoken on these Isles. It is the elder language, until the Angles and Saxons came along with their swear words, the Romans with their indecipherable babble and then the ruddy Normans with their land grab and sacking of the north.

If you're truly proud to he British you'd be pushing to get rid of the angles and saxons .... ruddy southerners.

If you're in Edinburgh steer well clear of The Cafe Keno on the royal mile - worst place ever!
the steak was inedible rubber, the service atrocious, the attitude deplorable - the pub over the road was sound though.
If you're paying by card, always check the card machine is working or they'll pull the old - the card machines just gone down mate, cash only trick.
