Gets total backing until after the Christmas run of games, for me. If we're struggling at that point I reserve the right to be critical and if need be call for his head.

That's unlike any other time we've had a new manager, because I'd always hand them the first season to get out the way and find their feet. But these are exceptional circumstances, and if he isn't getting results straight away his presence here could seriously destabilise the club.

Didn't want him, still don't. His RS history does not bother me in the slightest, nor does his "small club" comments, but I don't think he's a good manager anymore and I think he's a disruptive influence on clubs he manages.

I hope he proves me wrong and I'll give him the opportunity to prove that.
 
Actively engaging in demoralization campaigns wont get us anywhere mate. The Chelsea fans booed him & kept bringing banner after banner to the matches and yet he still won Europa League with them only to leave with a scathing review of the club, owner & fans. We should let him do his job & prove us wrong.

He doesn't thrive off of emotion, he's not that type of manager. He stays calm & tries to think about the next tactical decision he has to make.
I'm personally extremely excited to have him, and wanted him for 2-3 years now. He will instantly whip our boys in shape, DCL & Richy will improve immensely.
 


It's possible to support the club and the badge, but not the manager. I mean, every club that hires Mourinho goes through this within a couple of years.

That said, The Team Formerly Known As an Ethnic Slur and Spurrier is the last time I saw this hate right off the bat in any sport, and that's been decades.
