Even if he comes he has to be 1 of 2 CM's and thex one needs to be strong, pacey, mobile and have an engine

He would fit in a team like Spurs who need one to do the dirty work with great players in front of him.
Even if we bring Allan with him and imagine Allan is injured we have a midfield like: Holjberg -Sigurdsson/Davies/Gbamin sounds dreadful

We are desperate someone that works really hard, can win the ball and work off the ball. A lot of top teams have at least one averagish talent that does all the dirty work and makes himself useful. Hopefully he is that useful idiot

Think that's why we need another CM who can drive us further up the pitch and assist DCL and Richarlison.

Good point this to be fair if he comes in on lower wages than whoever he replaces.

Honestly even if it's more wages I'd just be happy to get rid of some of these players who are clearly not cut out for it here. It would be a win-win.
