Just arrived and wouldn't want to make myself unpopular but I don't see how putting fruit on a pizza is immoral, pizza is made from a fruit?

Shouldn't be any need to discuss putting pineapple on pizza, as it should be forbidden outright. One of the worst things ever invented by mankind and should be rated as the eight deadly sin.

Look at it this way mate: A tomato, though technically a fruit is normally treated as a vegetable and henceforth is acceptable in savoury dishes such as pizza.

Pineapple on the other hand is a very sweet fruit and should therefore be reserved for sweet dishes.

To quote myself: "you're very unlikely to put cheese in your fruit salad"

Though obviously without pineapple.
