Newport Pagnell : full of faux cockneys ; preponderance of tattoos on both sexes ; two harridans fighting in the street ; quite a few pubs, all expensive. Nothing of note that I could see. Adjacent to the architectural monstrosity that is Milton Keynes. No possible reason to go there if you don't have to.

The north of Croydon is very nice, and everything about 200 m either side of the A23 is largely unobjectionable, but the less said about New Addington the better.

Bexley is the worst borough in London, by miles.

Widnes and Runcorn Town Centres, grim just grim

Runcorn is genuinely terrifying. Was on edge the entire time I was there.

Cannot understand why people who live there don't move. Some of the cheapest houses in England might explain it. But not really.
