I see that the thread about a lot of neg rep being given to one user has been bumped. Unfortunately i think this shows why in some cases neg bombing happens...
Now luckily i'm ginger and don't have a soul, so these messages don't bother me, but somebody else might find insults about their physical appearance, sexual status, and mental health, along with bragging about being a bully, to be very upsetting.
I encourage the mods to take the appropriate action in this case, as they always do. After all, it's what makes this the best Everton site on the net.
