Why did they ask for 8 for them, when the asked for 12 for us and we got 10. It makes a huge difference.

The threshold from 10-6, is greater from 6-10 and their breach is worse.

They based the 8 points on the fact we got 6 and forests psr breach was worse than ours.. its in the judgement

We got 10, we got 6 on appeal. If we’re using the same threshold it should be 10, before an appeal process.

PL is trying to save its own skin here, they don’t want this going beyond the end of the season.

We need to drop a legal charge on them.

It's symptomatic. If you go to court you tug your for lock, say how sorry you are and kiss the judge's bottom. That way you get a more leniant sentence

no, I'm talking about their delayed decision re. 777. The longer they drag their feet, the more interest we pay, the bigger the adverse effect on this seasons PSR calculations

It all depends on what the loan agreement says. I would hope at this point they would have learned their lesson, but we're not talking about the best and brightest here.

I agree but that wasn't the PL's argument. They used our appealed points reduction as the starting point.
