I defended his record to the hilt when people tried to rewrite history about his performance but I couldn't ever see a reason for him to be managing the club again. His comments about Baines and Fellaini and the beyond derogatory offer for both is enough for him to never step foot in the Stadium again. His plucky little Everton is dead and we don't need a plucky book balancer any more. So 'koff David.
