Great viewing. The football on view feels more real than the 33 Cup Final, in fact. Two great old teams giving hell for leather.

The crowd scenes in the older clip are tremendous. You can tell that a lot of the blokes had had a few bevvies, too. I wonder if they sold beer inside the ground in those days? If they did, it was almost certainly better than Chang!

At 7:02 or thereabouts two lads having a pretend scrap.

One constant in the lives of those then and our lives now: watching Everton. So much else in Liverpool and elsewhere has changed.

Edit: just watched the 1902 derby footage. Fella at 4:32 giving it 3-1 with his fingers, over a hundred years before Andy Johnson was doing something similar
