that row of boarded up houses is about 220yds long, notice the nice murals to stop you from realising that they are empty and neglected, yet there are homeless that are living in boxes and dumpsters.

Edge Lane way?

Famous folk do normal things shocker!!!! I think he got mostly left alone, saw him posing for a few poeples pics, but not many.

geese-sowerby-bridge.jpg

I walk down this canal most days on my way to the sandwich shop, those annoying geese hang around and try and pinch my prawn butty. I'm fairly sure that, come christmas, there will be a few less of them.

i see geese most days, on the side of the east lancs near the greyhound.

one landed in the middle of the lancs one time right in front of me, i think i was on my way back from o.t. it was near astley colliery.
the thing swooped down in front of me and flew for a bit before landing in the middle, it stopped the traffic (cos i stopped) and it was feckin huge, if i'd hit it god knows what the result wouldve been, it's chest was level with the bonnet. when it was flying alongside was quite cool though, it was like when they strap a cam on one and film a flock in flight.

A pelican did the same when I was in St Lucia, it was an amazing sight

for the past few months I have driven past this monstrosity...
