Big Sam does it again!

I see us finishing between 8th and 11th with very little progress being made this season tbh. Improving results against the top sides is pointless when we keep getting trashed by proper crap teams

Always good fun doing these.

Top of our league if these results came to pass, although I'm a bit miffed we still couldn't finish above Arsenal!!

I`ve got us as finishing the season with 53 points, that means we will pick up 16 points from the last 14 games. Perhaps I was being over pessimistic after getting a bumming from Premier League giants Fulham!

Others have predicted :-

65 points, 28 points from 14 games (2.00 PPG)
66 points, 29 points from 14 games (2.07 PPG)
58 points, 21 points from 14 games (1.50 PPG)
68 points, 31 points from 14 games (2.21 PPG)
62 points, 25 points from 14 games (1.79 PPG)

Our current PPG for this season is 1.68 which suggests we will add another 24 more points in our remaining 14 games giving us a total of 61 points which realistically is 7th to 9th which isnt good enough for Europe. BUT getting to 61 points will also be difficult with the games we have left......

Just done it, we won the league by 15 points then the laptop blew up. I don't know if thats a sign but I'm on-hold with Paddy power waiting for odds.

West Brom (A) D 1-1
Crystal Palace (H) D 2-2
Brighton (A) D 1-1
Tottenham (H) L 2-1
Arsenal (A) L 2-0
Villa (H) D 1-1
West Ham (A) L 2-1
Mate, do you really think we will take 4 points from those 7 games with no wins after us winning 11 in 22 this season so far, including beating the first 5 of those (Spurs twice in fact), not playing Villa yet and only losing to West Ham off a last minute scruffy deflection?

TBH I couldnt see us losing to Leeds, Newcastle, West Ham and Fulham at home or Newcastle away but there it is..........
