POSSIBLY tomorrow if I had to guess, which would be 24hours before a game, but its not a Premier League game, so maybe next week, in short, no idea and I cant find the date.
This is the only thing ive found so far.
A Player shall not be named on the team sheet and/or play for a Club in a League
Match unless that Club holds his registration (which shall include, in the circumstances
set out in Rules U.3, U.12 and U.13, confirmation that he is eligible to play for it) with

Started reading that handbook and got a headache after 5 minutes.
Googled it myself earlier and all I could find was a reference from about 3 seasons ago saying that the squad needed to be submitted the day after window closes. Well that obviously hasn't happened. or if it has it's been kept quiet.
Yeah I would think we had to submit yesterday if I was pushed.
Wouldnt be surprised to see it made public at any point soon.

I suspect it will Delph personally, possibly Davies, Lampard didnt even give us an update on his injury.
