For Everton:
Requiement to move to new stadium reduces
Requirement to improve commercial activities reduces
Requirement to finish as high as possible increases as prize money gap increases

Overall:
Great news for established top clubs
More performance pressure on middle tier
Chances of new clubs into Premiership succeeding reduces significantly.

Just more of the same really.

If we dont have a stadium on the way in 5 years time and a significant amount of wedge to spend each window these clowns on the board want lynching
 
Guess we'll start seeing friday night matches too. And all manner of silly kick off times over weekends
