Three now. They won't start training any time soon.
That's 3 at the time they took the tests.

We honestly don't know very much about the transmission of this thing.

In the previous 7 weeks, how many others might have had it? Could be loads. Could be none.

The chance of getting through the remaining fixtures without teams having a significant amount of players unavailable due to having to isolate must be almost zero.

liverpool fans are really showing themselves up through all this. every other comment on twitter is from some cult member with 6 stars, an asterisk or 6 times in their bio and every comment is how is its very convenient that brighton players have tested positive, like their contracting corona virus on purpose o_O

I heard Glen Murray has been licking door knobs for weeks now just to dent their ambitions. He's evil I tells ya.

Why the chuff would Brighton give a stuff if Big Red won the league?

and teams who have players now testing +ve can't train for a few weeks, even assuming that they have no lasting ill effects on their lungs.

Integriddy though.

Where's the integrity if one club has 7 players in isolation, having 3 games in that same period, against full strength squads who can make 5 subs.

Oh, and instead of two of those games being at home, they are playing at the Hawthorns.

5 subs is already ensuring the integrity has gone. Just means the likes of City can put more £40mill signings on the pitch. One thing when Sane, Mahrez and Jesus come on. Then they bring on Silva and Gundogan, when relegation threatened teams have the B team and U23's coming on.

surely a major concern has to be that most managers and quite a few staff are 50+ years of age and therefore in an increased risk category. Utter nonsense to deliberately put people at risk.
Oh for definite, In my view there's zero reason to put people at risk just to complete the season. But my point being, the RS sees everything as a plot against them lifting the title. If someone in their club was to contract it would they show some human compassion?

The daft thing is, and the cult don’t seem to get it, is that on PPG, like they all seem to want, Brighton would stay up anyway, it’d be West Ham going down. The point Brighton are and have been making is it’s unfair to have teams play home fixtures at grounds they aren’t familiar with, either play the games at all 20 grounds with home and away clarified like in Germany or just don’t bother at all

Exactly, if the restart puts Carlo Ancelotti at the slightest risk I will fight it with every fibre of my being. Because I love him.
It's a really valid point. Roy Hodgson for example? I mean, have they even thought about that risk? Or again does it not matter?
