The fact we fluked an away win against one of the worst sides in the division and some of you are actually pleased speaks volumes.

MARTINEZ OUT!!

well done blues.
a win's a win, brilliant from both centre backs doing double shifts there. should have been more comfortable tbh but played the counter well and i thought kone and lennon were a threat all game.
Now this is what I like to see. QPR haven't been too bad at home this season and, after Thursday, they would have fancied beating us. OK, I didn't watch the game, so can only rely on reports coming in on here, but come on, let's bask in 3 points taken from what has probably been the most important game since Martinez arrived at the club.

It is just incredible what Martinez has done to our team.
We are absolute pap.
Still, we'll be better when Cleverley arrives.

Strewth. I only watched the second half but it was truly dreadful. Ragged defending, one loose ball after another conceded to the opposition..... wtf do players pass from deep when it's only a 50-50 ball, instead of slowing the game down and making an opening before the pass when they aren't being pressed??!!! So many times we are conceding possession from midfield too, and then putting the defence under unnecessary pressure. We were very lucky imo to come away with three points there, but at least that starts to take us comfortably away from the relegation battle. We really need some quality in the midfield next summer that can hold a ball up and run at the opposition without conceding possession. My motm, from the 40 minutes i saw, was Jags.

Aye but I don't see an inkling of credit for the WIN

no win in the premier league is easy. cliche i know, but they're fighting for their lives and their performance showed it. they just lacked any realy quality up front. barton was really good i thought.

Every team in the bottom 5 lost, that is a huge 3pts, we would have to really balls it up to go down now, not that I ever thought we would, but that's us 95% safe.

The sooner we see the back of this season the better.
