This ref looks the type sorry lads

been a right homer. the hoilett yellow card was abysmal and shows how bad the refs are in the league. lukaku had turned his man and was about to play a through ball in on goal. why couldn't he play on? just woeful and the same decision about 8/10 of the refs would make.
 
does everyone think kone's been bad then? okay, sticking to first impressions i see. if we took him off for someone else we'd struggle to create anything. must have forgot where he set up the goal?
I think Kone slows down our play too much and his decision making has been poor. He does however offer space for Rom and can hold the ball.

I do not think he's done enough to stay on, yet replacing him will then force an adjustment of our entire tactical approach.

Overall, I do not think he's a good enough finisher, too slow and his decision making is shaky at best. Shoots when he should pass and vice versa.

It's the popular thing to do. Like you mentioned people go off first impressions then see what they want to see
