TBH I couldn't give a flying duck. Still the best from a bunch that was supposedly in the running. Conte, Mancini were never an option for us so I will go along with him. Don't really like him but will get behind him but also wise enough to know it is not going to be a quick fix. I don't care he managed the RS and the comment was when I still had hair. I just look at it that he is now manager of our Club and he will try his best to succeed. That is good enough for me

Haha no I guess that my point really - I would have hoped the announcement of the back room team might have been this weekend, looks like it’s gonna be Benitez, dunc, baines and unsworth has for now

I appreciate that he’s got a hide like a rhino but he wouldn’t need one if owners didn’t keep appointing him to jobs where the fans didn’t want him .

Seem to remember Silva only came with his assistant and then had the rest announced on their first proper day

I remember laughing my head off at how pathetic that was , a real Keeganesque moment and now that same bloke is our manager. I wouldn’t have believed you then however hard you’d tried to convince me , crazy crazy times .

It's no good being bitter - look at the last three managers all very inviting - but failed
RB may well fail so be it we finished 10th - who were we going to attract ?

I am a blue, any Manager will be judged on results signings etc etc ..... personally not my choice, but let's wait and see pre judgement is unfair - he has not been with the other lot fora fair while so be it
