I won’t lie, I am very intrigued as to how this will turn out.

I know about the divisions - real and imagined. If I can accomodate this appointment then I dont see how others cant. It's uber-fandom to say it cant be tolerated. If this was Celtic and Rangers there'd be some substance to the reaction. But we're not.

He hasn't invested £500m yet though has he? He's spent a couple of million max on planning so far.

For the stadium itself I'd be surprised if its not only a very small sum of actual cash/equity.

Yeah allotting the Fanbase & appointing a bloke who was actually relegated is the best way of ensuring a team that finished what 20 points from relegation won’t risk relegation .

We finished 20 points above relegation playing compact football.

When we tried expansive under Koeman & Silva we ended up in the bottom 3.

We simply haven't the players to play like a Man City or Leicester.

Everyones creaming over Potter Brighton finished 16th TWO places above relegation - the owners aint rolling the dice on that type of appointment with this group of players who cant string two passes together mate.

I cant abide this segregation of Everton fans. Plenty cant get there for whatever reasons. They are NOT second class citizens.

It's lofty beyond belief to make some distinction - as though some have rights to speak and others dont.
