Hope he manages to do what all of Moshiri's appointments have failed to do. Carlo was someone to really get excited about but the 2nd half of last season was pathetic, yeah 6/7th ish until the last game but it was all in our own hands and the players / Carlo gave up.

Benitez gets my support until he doesn't.

As others said think we got cold feet. Lot of briefing to the media that he was unconvincing at interview.

While we were "dithering" Spurs were trying to sign a host of different managers. Nuno is them in last chance saloon , unless someone decent suddenly becomes available. He never chose them over us. He wasn't given the choice. He was our supposed frontrunner ages ago whilst since then we have been in discussions with Rafael et al.
