to be fair, all our last few managers have had decent starts to their management with us.

That's fair comment. Think I'm encouraged by seeing that he appears to have structured the team to compensate for our weaknesses and maximise our strengths, whereas the last couple of managers we've had seem to have been wedded to a style they wanted to play, regardless of whether it suited us or not. It *feels* more sensible as things stand, but it's early days.

Not sure I agree with that. He certainly seems to want us to play quicker and more direct, but adding pace to the attack seems to have made us pleasingly threatening on the counter.

The fact that the interviewer opened with a question about other teams transfers dealings is an embarassment to us, not the interviewer.
