But this is one reason why its good we have him as a manager now, we have a long history of injured players at Everton, and it never gets looked into, but he wont stand for it, he has allready started a turn around of medical staff, right now his work behind the scenes is the early stages of his three year plan for the club.

One of the main reasons I don't like this manager is we have only won 1 game in 8. It's not very good.
