it's not just that those two have been out. It's that our squad is so rank we've had to play players who are not match fit in their stead. Godfrey has not been right all season, and yet we've had to play him constantly cos the alternative of Holgate really would relegate us. Same with Rondon, he's only now getting up to match speed.

Hence people gagging for Lampard, Potter, Anorim etc are deluded - like Koeman and Silva before them this squad will be in the bottom 6 soon as they are asked to actually try play football.

And what's the plan if these two lads who are no stranger to injuries pick up more injuries between now and the end of the season? (if they're both even still here come February). I've not seen much of a plan so far from this master tactician with an elite CV.
