Divisive works tho does’nt it... Clough Derby to Forest... Redknapp Southampton to Portsmouth even George Graham went from Arsenal to Spurs... if he succeeds or improves where he came from won’t be an issue...
Well clough managed derby 50 years ago so some would call that reaching . Redknapp actually went Portsmouth then relegated Southampton and back to Portsmouth so maybe not the best example you could offer given the circumstances. As for Graham I could maybe give you him as he won a league cup but I think it’s a given he was never really accepted , in 50 years you’ve managed to pick 3 managers and one relegated his rival . So if you’re ok I’ll swerve divisiveness given that hit rate .

Are we not about 1 game away from that now, if not in the mix already?!? Could feasibly be bottom 3 by the time the transfer window opens.
We may be in or near bottom 3 in Jan but I suspect by end of Feb/Mar we will be far enough above the drop for Moshiri to feel safer spinning the whole better in the 2nd half of the season song and dance.

Benitez will be able to keep us out of a relegation scrap but not much above, that will be good enough for Moshiri….Benitez could be here for years.
Nah can't see it mate. Moshiri is predictable and is currently doing the exact same thing he has done before with previous managers, Jim White communication included.

Carry on losing and he will be gone.

You may be right. Hell of a gamble to take with a £500m investment though - especially as all it'll take for the wheels to fall off again is apparently a few injury-prone players to be out again.

Hysterics lad...? Don't think so. Just giving my opinion on Benitez as I see it. Yes Injuries have been a factor, yes we can't spend, but this does not explain why we are on our worst run in 22 years.
And I've seen some crap from previous Everton sides....
Bi gham, Lee, walker, Smith, Moyes after 2009, and of course all the managers apart from Martinez s first season
This is my first year without an s/t due to my health problems.. I think watching the crap being served up atm would not help me.
If Benitez is still here and we are in with a chance of reaching 59 points, I will be amazed but pleased and will hold my hands up and admit I was wrong... Unlike some on here
I just can't get my head around why people are screaming for his head after three months, The results we have had have barring Watford been entirely predictable given our injury list. But once Dcl and Mina get back we'll hit tenth no problem We/re only 3 points off it now having weathered these awful fixtures and there's still six months to go I've no doubt whatsoever that Moshiri will back him in Jan, after all he's already made him about £50m in one window alone, getting rid of James wages and the uplift for Gray. Compare that Marcel's magical work over the last couple of years.

Because we are on a terrible run of results and he is tactically outdated he keeps doing the same things and expecting different results. But I hope you are right and I am proved wrong of course I do. But one win in ten or eleven says different.

Yeah sure.

Mina in his absence has become as legendary as Cannavaro, him turning up for another 10 games this season if we are lucky is going to make all the difference.

You obviously can’t see how bad his decisions have been recently and the fact that he cannot even set us up to be hard to beat. Nothing like living with your head in the sand.
