Starting to create disharmony within the squad. Going after a player that contributes while keeping silent and giving game time to a complete rubbish rondon will cause deep misunderstanding within the squad. I can foresee a disaster before the end of the season.

Not if the troublemakers have gone and what's left are players that work as a team and to be fair Digne hasn't been very good defensively this season and in terms of attack he's contributed nothing. So deserves to be dropped.

Drop the rest of the defense then, as none of them have been very good. He has contributed nothing in terms of attack because Benitez won't let him cross the half way line. Can't have a go at him about his lack of attacking contribution when the manager has told him not to.

I thought the team spirit was very good v arsenal, if we are mid table at crimo ,let's see who he brings in and see what happens. He's won more than most of the previous managers bar Carlo, so he must have something about him.

Yeah redemption signings are always good stories when they work out.

There is a chance he did it at Valencia, I don't really know much about that timeframe other than he did a really good job there to be fair.

People often point to his signings of Koulibaly, Mertens and Jorginho at Napoli. All quality signings of course but none of them really flourished until Sarri took over. That's not to say they wouldn't have either I suppose.

The coaches do not make the signings at Napoli and never have, mate
