Maybe end of the season he'll move him on if things dont improve but I can't see him paying him off mid season when no one out there half decent is available to replace him with.

Thats been my stance for weeks and I stand by it. Screaming for him to be sacked to bring in an Alladyce or Lampard with no DOF at the club is ludicrous.

This is what Rafael has spent the last few months on !!! I didn't want him but i gave him a chance. It's awful. The squad are to blame too. There are basics that they simply struggle with that kids teams do better. We are going down if this continues.

I doubt we go down but we will be comfortably lower half. His tactics are pathetic we have seen these players are capable of much better. Criminal.

Honestly, no. Mainly because of any bad spell he will get hammered and 50% of the fan base are against him.
