Rondon came on, scored and nearly got a 2nd. Taking Richarlison off who didn't do anything for 60 mins isn't what cost us the game.
Gordon shooting instead of passing.
Coleman being an idiot cost us a goal at the end.
Well I was willing to see how it worked out, but it’s not working out and it really needed to because of his association with those lot across the park.My conscience is clear if he's sacked - I gave him a chance, it hasn't worked out - tis football.
The ones frothing at the mouth putting banners up outside GP before the season had even begun are the ones who look foolish as even if he had succeeded here they wouldn't have accepted him.
Care to explain? Given that pretty much every credible source has said this was entirely Moshiri’s decision. No, he let this happen.
Tbh whatever your opinion on Benitez, I find this distasteful. I’ll call people anything under the sun on an Internet forum but his family are probably watching this match. Just no need for this in my view. Chants against the state of the football or his competence are fine but this is abusive to his appearance and makes a foreign stereotype.
…..purely from a tactical perspective, you are coming off a fine victory against a team on a run of 3 consecutive defeats;
- you surrender possession. You don’t press, you consolidate and get players behind the ball.
- you don’t play with tempo, you casually retreat when the opposition have possession and you consolidate. It’s what you’ve worked on at USMFF.
- your aim is not to win. Your aim is not to get beat.
- you lose a goal, you replace your best attacking asset. This isn’t about saving the game, its about saving face.
A tactical disaster and a political disaster.
ErmHe will survive this, and this is why.
Look at our fixtures after the next two.

Not the slightest tinge of hyperbole there mate?If he loses the next 2 his position is untenable. That will allow me to breathe a huge sigh of relief because the idea of this man in full control of transfers petrifies me. I’m not being hyperbolic there, the thought genuinely terrifies me. He’ll try and flog alienated players like Digne and buy absolute garbage to replace them. He’ll take us down if left in charge.
So Benitez is not responsible for any of our results against "dross".In terms of getting beat by dross outfits no - Ancelotti was in the dugout when we lost at home to two out of three teams who went down last season.
Until the players quality/mentality also improves we'll always have a wobbler in us we have done for years.
The problem for Benitez is its been a long run of poor results.
That shout is as daft as ever.
Things are going badly in spite of his best efforts to the contrary.

Richarlison, Gray, Doucoure largely there was no pattern to the game we won on individual moments. So Benitez is not responsible for any of our results against "dross".
Who gets the credit for the Arsenal result?
Should be a theme 27.Another fat man special btw
First loss away to palace in 27 years
How rude...I thought it was only fans on GOT that are against Benitez?
