Once again, only Norwich and Watford and one of those smashed us 5-2.
Would you honestly back this side with this manager to get a result at Burnley? I know I wouldn’t.
Oh no I absolutely hate him and can't see where our next win is coming from I just think we have enough about us to stay up, he won't be here all season hopefilly
All those sides are picking up points at a greater rate than us.
Norwich and Burnley are half down already I think to be fair ( although dyche alwyas gets them out aecond half the season )

But the likes of leeds and Brentford are losing most weeks tbf

Its down to moshiri this, to big of an ego on this appointment to acknowledge he got it massively wrong

He’s pretty much lost the fans at this point. I’m not necessarily referring to the fact he got booed when he came to the touch line or the boo’s when his favourite Rondon lumbered on ,but the eerie silence that went for long periods in both halves today.
Calm before the storm,
It spoke of apathy , resignation and most importantly lack of belief in this manager.
It definitely feels like if he doesn’t start to turn things round in the next two games , particularly Leicester things could get nasty

Leeds and Brentford both won today mate. Brentford are well clear of us.

Yeah but he wont care, in fact he is more likely to stick to use guns.
Either way a loud vocal supporting Goodison is needed right now, more thern ever

We've always been a set of fans who thrive on players showing passion and getting stuck in on the pitch mate, throw in the Benitez factor, lack lustre performances and 1 win in 12 games then you could forgive our fans for not being vocal in their support at times.

But both won today....Brentford 4pts ahead of us and Leeds level on points with us

Whether he goes or not or even whether he deserves to or not we're once again showing what happens when you think short term and have no view for the future or a long term plan. We need to bring someone in and commit to letting them develop something even if in the course of that you have some bad runs of form. I don't really believe in Rafael but when we find the right one we are going to probably be in a moment like this again and we've got to have enough faith in our choice and plan to get through it.

ok, well my take, first off im as piss** off as everyone else with how things are going.
Today i didnt see too much of a issue with the starting 11 until they lined up, Godfrey should of been left back like he was against Chelsea and Arsenal i think? our two best games of the season, either way he should of been there and Coleman in his actual place, that was a massive error, Kenny was a disaster, he easily could of avoided that. In fact Kenny didnt even have to start, he could of put Gomes out, who did play well at Chelsea, so the options were there.
That aside once we kicked off within minutes it was clear it wasnt working and he should of moved players around. Then he had to make a change at Half tme, it was rubbish for 45 with that line up so wasnt going to suddenly get better, ok we started the second half ok, and got one back
Keane, Kenny and Holgate were a disgrace, Coleman was grim too but its hard to fully put that on him when he sholdnt of been there.
As the game went on Allan and Doc were both shocking, DCL gets a pass as he wasnt match fit but that penalty was a joke.
Also i dont understand why he only made two subs, that was insane.
Kenny, Keane, Holgate, Coleman, Allan and Doc were all terrible, with individual errors of there own making, yes Benitez really messed up his part of the game but those 6 didnt help with only Coleman having an excuse.

That aside, Rafael, yeah im as down about all this as anyone but i really still dont think he will get sacked and im still not convinced that would be the answer anyway when so many players are a playing as badly as today and there no obvious replacement, in fact im certain he wont be, not with him going out buying playrs right now
Not gong to play the injuries card, obvs if Mina, Ricky and Branthwaite were available it might of been differnt but those players that did play have no excuses for how bad they played and since Dobbin or Simms didnt get on Jarrad might not of done either.
Its all too depressing....
He’ll tear the heart out of this club and it’s fans if he’s here much longer. His decision to play Coleman left back and leave Digne on the bench was the action of a bitter stubborn manager, who cares more about holding grudges than he does about winning football matches.

He had nearly 3 weeks to work on that apology of a system he used today, and yet, it looked as if the players had only been told they were playing that system when they were in the dressing room getting ready to take to the pitch.
