I wonder if the bad starts are down to how much tactical wham he spouts before a match. Once we go a goal down, the players figure they need to do something and start playing.

I actually don't think the majority of the squad are bad eggs. They just need playing in their correct position with understandable tactics.

this team will not stop conceding goals, esp. in set pieces...
and like a vicious cycle, he thinks he has no choice but to put in more defenders
understandable, the team without van dijk barely claimed the CL spot...
