I think he has a bit of a soft spot for them I some ways, but also sense he is quite resentful at how they hounded him out when he left. Probably partially why he has pushed so hard for this job.

I also think hes a fairly unemotional man, maybe one who's even on the spectrum. He wants to do the best job he possibly can, and takes emotion out of it.

I would say its night and day to last season.

We look more attacking whilst defensively alright minus Keane acting the court jester every weekend

We look fitter/more aggressive

Early signs are very good - just gutting that we cant back him in the window as its the same suspects letting us down every season.

I did say maybe.

I think he could be. It's not a bad thing. I mean technically to a degree we are all on the spectrum. And in a lot of ways, it is quite a preferential approach. He would obviously be very high functioning. He shuts off needless noise and focusses on the key fundamentals of the job in hand. To me, that's not an insult at all, even if it might be deemed a bit neuro-untypical.

I'll just add in mate, I would avoid being too hyper sensitive around the Benitez stuff. I appreciate you are quite defensive, but nothing in that post was said nastily or even critically. It was giving him some praise. We really shouldn't shut down discussion on a football forum, where people feel they cant give their opinions for fear it might be twisted to something that was never the intent.

I think he did, until some armed Kopites stormed his house while his daughter was on her own and stole his safe.
