We can’t afford to fire another manager. Get that through your heads. How many coaching teams needs to pass through before you realise we need someone to sort this mess out? It will be rinse and repeat otherwise. The second Benitez is out the door the lot of them will be at Brands office trying to get a new contract before another manager comes in.

We have to stick with a manager long enough to get these players out of the club once and for all. They have to go.

Stop with this 'he was given £1.7m'. He knew the situation and we actually had money to spend at the end of the window.

He was given total freedom over recruitment, from making decisions on Dumfries, and AMN, to authorising the move for Diaz etc, and (and this is the big one) absolutely insisting that he wanted Rondon.

We have no RB, Coleman was finished 2 years ago

We don't have a solid senior CB

We only have Digne LB and he's not doing much defensively

CM options are woeful

We only have decent attacking players but the foundations of a team are always built in defence

If the injuries are that bad unfortunately you setup to keep and clean sheet and play proper counter attack. Weak defending and counter attacking football simply won't work together.

Glaringly obvious issues that Rafael needs to sort out. The defence is a mess & his tactics are right up there in the blame category. He needs to stop Pickfords kicking up the pitch. It barely works & most of the time he just whacks it out of play. His decision to bring off Gordon was stupid. Literally everyone was annoyed by that. Yes Richy scored but he should have been on for Rondon.
Why on earth did Rafael bring Rondon to Everton??? He's had enough minutes to be up to speed now & I'm not seeing anything worthy of a place on the bench let alone starting.
People need to stop sucking on the Rafael sausage because he has caused some of our issues & today was a showcase of how to put in a system that underperforming players can't play in. As bad as most of the players were today & they were very bad, Rafas tactics & decisions were equally as bad.
Going forward we are not too bad & i can see Dom & Richy getting goals once everyone is back & fit but that defence is shocking. Players are of course at fault but the system is plainly at fault too.
