Cant have a go at him for potentially going the Olympics and missing a few games here, south american teams have always taken the Olympic games very seriously just look at the Argentina side from 2008 which included Messi, Aguero, Zabaleta, Garay, Gago, Lavezzi, Riquelme, Banega, Di Maria, Mascherano and others.

Even the brazilian side in 2012 had Thiago Silva, Marcelo, Lucas, Oscar, Neymar, Hulk, Pato, Alex Sandro, Danilo who are all now at the highest level of football.

It's obviously frustrating for us but this is always seen as a major tournament for most south american nations it's just us who show no real value to it as its rarely been part of our footballing calendar.
I imagine this is particularly true this time around, when you consider what country the Olympics are in this time.

Don't think anyone will, 100 senior health professionals calling for them to be moved again today because of fears over the zira virus. Clubs will ban players from going as it may well make insurance policies invalid if travelling against the advice of w.h.o etc.

It's weird. He went from being a lock to missing the games.

Surely the matter of country representation, Copa de Libertaodres, Olympics, etc would have been covered in the contract?

EFC take a good deal of time and effort with their transfers. I refer you to the famous lack of paper in the Fax Machine for the Leror Fer transfer and more recently the months of preparation, independent appraisals and You-Tube viewing that went into the Naisse deal. An absolute steal.

He's relatively unlikely to fall pregnant when he's there, and it's generally a mild illness otherwise
