point is, no ones jumping up and down over him, we're happy to get defensive cover and look at the positivies.

Some journos don't like certain players, and some journos just will never accept they are wrong, Vickery has been wrong on lots of players.

But if you need someone to tell you how good a player is, without judging him for yourself you absolutely should not be watching football.

I know as much about Tim Vickery than I know about Ramiro Funes Mori. What I do know though is that Everton don't have the worst scouting system around. Will wait with my judgement till I've seen him play. And by that I mean a fair few matches.
