Jol was an excellent manager at Spurs and began building a decent squad with an English core about it. His sacking was a disgrace so early into the season but the mercenaries at Spurs wanted him gone for what ever the reason. Now Juande Ramos comes in, wins the Carling Cup with Jol's team, spends big this summer and sells arguably two of there better players. Ramos is making Spurs the laughing stock of north London and should be shown the door.
