I’m adding Tommy Ring, only one season but the memories are strong, even better Johnnie Morrissey what a footballer and fighter and lasted a few seasons and like Sheedy had to leave Liverpool to get first team football.Kevin Sheedy’s left foot, a sight to behold. Never seen anything like it. Him and Southall my personal favourite players as a youngster. Those were the days my friend !!
My older brother stated if Tommy Ring had not had his leg broken in two places in a game away at Chelsea - we may have not signed Johnny Morrissey - he was that good ....I’m adding Tommy Ring, only one season but the memories are strong, even better Johnnie Morrissey what a footballer and fighter and lasted a few seasons and like Sheedy had to leave Liverpool to get first team football.
My old fella spoke of Tommy Ring highly, we’ve certainly had a few good Glaswegians at Goodison over the years.I’m adding Tommy Ring, only one season but the memories are strong, even better Johnnie Morrissey what a footballer and fighter and lasted a few seasons and like Sheedy had to leave Liverpool to get first team football.
Leighton Baines, certainly the best of the modern day era! Remember when we got a free kick, I’d almost expect a goal or clattering of a goal post.Baines has to be up there.
A few lovely strikes from Bilyetdinov as well.
What kind of sick mind wanders to Mark PembridgeMark Pembridge's corners were very good...it was all the other stuff unfortunately.
Tells you whats going on in my mind tank. What kind of sick mind wanders to Mark Pembridge
Another one at WolvesIf we are talking about only the left foot, then Bily. Some of the goals he scored were outrageous, Portsmouth and United spring to mind. The rest of his body was a shambles though.
He was equally as good on his right and very skillful. A rare thing for a left winger in general. Before my time mate. Didn't even know he was left footed
