What intrigues me about all this is the amount of tax at stake, somewhere in the region of say £100,000 which is small fry tbh. It appears that the payment made to him from M M the former owner of Pompey, was paid via a Monaco account. His wages will have been in the region of £2/3 mil pa so why take a chance for sucha small amount unless this is one of a series of payments and other accounts are involved.
