That is indeed the most likely outcome. My flippant remark is telling in itself, though: there is no way a new Chelsea manager should lose to this Wolves outfit, but when the new Chelsea manager was taking Everton into the Championship it's hard to see how anything other than vibes improves Chelsea. Because it sure as hell won't be coaching ability and tactical nous.

It's a much much better team though mate.

A point tomorrow and I think we go into the last 8 games 1 point above the bottom three and with better fixtures than most of our rivals. I hope and think that, if we exit the weekend outside of the relegation zone, we won't fall back into it this season.

I think United are there to beat like, but we're Everton and we don't go to away games and win, especially not against half decent sides.

And if we are honest, this is hardest fixture remaining too.

Everyone is nearly auto saying a defeat at Man Utd, we may well ending up losing (as like a few of our fans - not many from elsewhere will give us a chance) - time will tell. but we have drew last 3 league games there and drew 4 from last 6 at OT, plus they played Wed Night to early Sat, they may rest a few, i would not be surprised with another draw myself

A point would continue our run...and get us closer to safety ;)

I wouldn’t want him here at all, but when you look at that bottom 8, you basically need two back to back wins and you’re pretty much out of the mud. I think he will keep them up, hopefully I am wrong and they sink.

I think they have a lot less chance than they did pre Rodgers.

Hes a poor manager who got lucky last year with Leeds. I am starting to think they could go down. Seems a poor appointment.

And yes, 2 wins could work for them. This is a team that have 2 wins in about 15 games though. They're not winning many games.

It's not about FL though.

If those players want to win they'll win; if they dont they wont.

They'll be looking to impress Enrique and pull their fingers out in the remainder of the season.
