Supporting this club is like family, it’s all we know.

The Champions League became the defacto ‘top flight’ years ago and we’ve never been anywhere near it.

Whether we’re garbage in the Prem or the Championship won’t make much difference.

This is absolutely true. If you are not a regular in the CL then eventually you will fall into a relegation spiral, just look at the only permanent PL members (soon to be reduced by one sadly).

It's actually amazing that we have been able to be mediocre for 25 years and not fall through the trapdoor.
