I posted this back in July; I ain't sure if they've tied any of these down to new contracts, but at least half of their then first XI were out of contract this summer.

Ten players out of contract meant they were always going to struggle to have a decent squad next season, but this will just exacerbate it.

Apparently you and all the Leicester fans saw it coming. Fair play mate, that’s some call.

Leeds showed more fight than Leicester in getting the 2-2 with Newcastle.

As I've said West Ham have just been given a ridiculously short period of recovery time from second leg so they'll be spent physically regardless of result and Moyes will be putting out a similar team to what he did at Brentford. West Ham mix and match 11 certainly isn't better than what Leeds will put out so that will be a big issue I suspect.

West Ham results generally in last year have been poor straight after europa matches aswell.
Agreed.

I cringe every time i see someone say Leeds won't pick up any more points. They're much improved in their last two games and think they're capable of getting 3 points last game against Spurs at home.

That being said, it will all depend on their game against West Ham and our game against Wolves. If West Ham put out a full strength team then i think they'll beat Leeds, couple that with us getting a win at Wolves then its game over for them and they're playing for pride last game.

It will make it easier for them to cut costs, though. If we go down we've got a big problem with our wage bill and players that few others will want on long gold-plated contracts.

Wait til Wednesday or Thursday when all the doom merchants start predicting Leicester to go and win at Newcastle
Even if they do... meh. They're down now.

I heard as well that they've borrowed against PL TV money revenue until 2026.

We'd be just as screwed if it happens to us, but wow that is not a nice situation to be in.
