Leeds showed more fight than Leicester in getting the 2-2 with Newcastle.

As I've said West Ham have just been given a ridiculously short period of recovery time from second leg so they'll be spent physically regardless of result and Moyes will be putting out a similar team to what he did at Brentford. West Ham mix and match 11 certainly isn't better than what Leeds will put out so that will be a big issue I suspect.

West Ham results generally in last year have been poor straight after europa matches aswell.

Very similar to the other week for Brighton at Forest. Why they were forced to play that after being the late KO on sunday on a sapping wembley pitch that went into extra time unlike all the other semi finalists who got more time off. That was def an unfair advantage to forest.

I can't take credit for it - it was all based on an interview on TalkSport, which talked through their squad. I just thought, 'They're screwed this year or next'.

Turned out to be true.

Aye, they mentioned their poor financial position too, which was partly the reason they were unable to renew many deals. Their owners were hit heavily by COVID.

With no investment from the top and big borrowing, they're going to struggle if they do go down as they won't be able to generate lots of capital on players.
It's a sad place to be, I'm only giddy because of our own situation but when the dust settles you're never really pleased to see any club suffer relegation or financial troubles.
At least you have that success of the last 10 years to attract fans and a potential buyer/investor. And you have the stadium built, one city club etc... Best to luck to you if the worst happens.
Half your squad is prem level no doubt, and half of them seem to be asleep tbh. It's weird.

Mate, I'm an Evertonian - I was just, at the time, talking about Leicester. Agree about most of it though - they have a decent squad on paper.

He wouldn’t even entertain the idea of us but I’d genuinely throw the kitchen sink at him to sign here. Would be a fantastic asset, clearly that he’s poor for Leicester now but there’s clearly a bigger issue at play.
The way he's played for most of this season looks like he's been hit by a kitchen sink avoid at all costs.Never touched the ball tonight.

What an absolute statement on sat if we get 3 points at wolves. It will deflate leeds so much for the following day.
One big game. Just one big game performance.
Have they got it in them.
Yep 3 points and a nice 2-3 goals to boot for goal difference.

For me, its just to easy for so many to think the worst, when in reality a lot of the time it never happens, to many act like others are going to turn into Real Madrid, while we are going to turn into what ever team that doesnt win they want us to be lol

Big concern this as if we don’t match Leeds result then it’s out of our hands on the last day. Not a good prospect.

If Forest don't get anything v Arsenal then simple scenario is this. Beat Bournemouth regardless of Wolves result and they would have to win at Palace. A draw would not be enough to keep them up bar Leeds not winning.

Other dynamic is West Ham are 100% safe if there's no win at Wolves so they'd be under no obligation whatsoever to put out a decent team on Sunday.

I honestly beleive Leeds will win their last 2 games. West Ham and spurs are not playing well.

I think Leicester will win their last game against West Ham too.

Which means we either need to win our last 2 games or win 1 and Hope forest lose their last 2.

Squeaky bum time.
