Wishful thinking but…

We win today.

West Ham’s last home game vs Leeds on Sunday. Fans in buoyant mood after reaching a European final.

Newcastle with a chance to seal CL vs Leicester on Monday. Last home game of what has been a terrific season for them. It will be bouncing.

Safe with a game to spare and we can put this awful season behind us (again).

That is the hope, anything other than a win and things will get really tense ahead of next week.....

Big concern for me is the FB situation on both sides.

If we had Coleman and Mykolenko still in there I'd feel confident we could cope at the back. Having both of them missing is going to be a real handicap.

They'll press our defence and defensive MF all day long looking to exploit that.

We need to be going route one here today and getting DCL involved and willing runners around him.

It's a massive if. I have no expectation of it.

IMO our best hope is to get a point today and see how far that pressurises Leeds and Forest. They could get nothing this weekend. Then we're going to have to play out of our skin final day for 3 points.

The big hope I'm holding onto is that Wolves dont score many and I think we should be always 'in' this match to the final whistle. Get one goal and I think we at least force a draw.

Like Brighton did?

another sly dig at Patterson, he has nailed your mam hasn't he.

Can’t find anything specific but there’s rumours of rumours Wolves are making a lot of changes today. The bookies odds on them are drifting and they’re usually the first to know.
I remember Liverpool once did that against us in the FA Cup and we all thought we'd smash their mixture of reserves and under 18s about 12-0, yet lost.
