Horrible to think of the worst case scenario but in a best case scenario West Ham and Newcastle both winning at home would mean that we would pretty much secure PL safety with a draw at home to Bournemouth in the last game. If we can’t manage that then we deserve whatever happens.
...and tbf, that is the most likely outcome.

Leeds have to go all out for the win tomorrow, a draw is useless to them, if they do that West ham will pick them off on the counter and win 2-0 or 3-0. But knowing allardyce he will sit in and try and nick something from a set piece so it will be a 0-0 or 1-1 bore.

Unfortunately you've got to take these games in isolation. Tomorrow they're playing a West Ham side who are there for the taking. If they win that, it's hard to create an argument for them not beating Spurs.
True however Leeds have been absolutely toxic bad for several weeks now, probably even worse than ourselves.

West Ham should have enough about them.

Went for it last week. I expect the same tomorrow.

I'd much rather be in our position tonight than Leeds' or Leicester's. Both need wins away from home against better teams. If they dont get them then we have B'mouth to knock over to get safe.

We can reach 36 points by beating Bournemouth at home. Most people would have taken this position going into the final fixture a few weeks ago when a lot were saying we’d be down before now.

if we post 36 it would take Leicester or Leeds to win both games to send us down. That would be the message from Dyche to the team now, one win and it’s probably done.

Ha Ha. Yeah, I forgot about that total. I've been saying 36 points for the past few months.

We'll probably get it too...by hook or by crook.

It's high stakes tomorrow though.

The two matches I keep revisiting in my head are Southampton and Wolves at home. That moron fouling jwp just outside the box and giving up that late counter to wolves for them to win it. Both of those were totally avoidable.

Avoidable if we'd sacked Lampard as soon as the final whistle sounded against Bournemouth. Unfortunately, our board was too gutless to act and the circus rolled on.

Yeah, if Leeds or Leicester win both their games you have to say fair enough
