I made the mistake of not watching the match but decided to use this thread for updates instead. What a massive error of judgement, it was a million times worse than any match I've watched. It's just people randomly typing f'sake which turns out wasn't a goal but someone passed backwards. People typing Get in, not because of a goal but they won a corner. Then you've got the people posting who seem to be on a different time zone because they type the same as above but only 5 minutes later.

As our GD is +3 better.

Are you meaning tomorrow is more likely a win for Leicester? Not saying I don’t think they have a chance, but haven’t Newcastle only lost 2 games all season at home to city and Arsenal? Last home game after a fantastic season, with a win that guarantees Champaign’s league. I’m more confident about that but also ready to eat my words now haha

No - their final game at home to West Ham is likely a win. If they win tomorrow then they become very,very likely to stay up. If they draw tomorrow they stand a decent chance - a much better chance than Leeds.

Because our goal difference is 3 better than theirs?

If we draw it stays the same. They need 3 goals to be equal.

Ain't Newcastle's goal difference loads better than lpools anyway so they don't even need a point.

Seven goals. The RS dropped nine on Bournemouth earlier this season, so it's doable.

Didn’t wanna tempt fate by posting this before the game, but as I’m a sad little man I spent way too long looking up West Ham’s form for their last home games of the season. Turns out they’re pretty decent. Before today out of their last 31 seasons they’ve won 18, drawn 8 and lost only 5

All on us now (as long as Newcastle don’t balls it up tomorrow - got that to worry about now… )
