So if Newcastle win these are the scenarios that can still see us relegated:

-- We lose + Leicester win by any margin
-- We lose + Leeds win + there is a +3 goal difference swing, so 0-1 in our game and 2-0 in theirs, or 1-2 in our game and 4-2 in theirs, etc.
(If we lose and both of the above, Leicester stay up on goal difference)
-- We draw + Leeds win with same goal difference swing as above, so they'd need to win by 3 clear goals, 3-0, 4-1, 6-3, etc.

Basically, we win we stay up. If neither of Leeds or Leicester win, we stay up.

Just looking through a Leicester forum and they seem pretty upbeat and confident about causing an upset tonight.

If Leicester are drawing and still in the game after the hour mark, I think they'll go on and win it.

Please Newcastle, don't do an Everton to Everton.

I was more worried about West Ham v Leeds than tonight's game, hope we haven't been taking it for granted too much...

I'm more worried about what team we can put out on Sunday ? Play the three centre backs (Coady / Mina / Tark) with Myko (if fit) and Iwobi wing backs? Gray or Simms up top??

And Bournemouth i agree. Seems to be a slight taking as guarenteed we beat them. Id say esp the last 2/3 seasons i dont see a single game Everton play as guarentee. Not one.

Im sure someone posted on here the other day they were confident of beating liverpool aswell. They were lucky to get away with 0-3. Should have been 6.

Pretty sure they were saying similar last week before our neighbours slapped them around the park. This type of arrogance running throughout their fanbase and players is probably one of the main reasons that they're in the position they are.

I doubt Eddie Howe has been.

He can see the spectre of Liverpool doing another comeback.

They'll go all out to end it tonight.
