The closer we get to sunday the more Leeds and Leicester will become like the latter day barca and real in our collective psyche.

However, I still think the most likely set of results is all 3 of us lose, maybe a Leeds draw.

I've read this thread for some time, probably not the wisest idea, but I have at no point thought we are definitely down because there were always going to be really poor teams getting really poor results along with us.

Am I nervous? Yeah course, but some of the fatalistic stuff in here for months has been worrying. Genuinely being this negative all the time must be damaging some people's mental health and I say that as someone worrying about Internet strangers and not a dig at anyone. Quite frankly this version of Everton FC, isn't worth your sanity.

We're 2 points clear, we may have already done enough. Would have been nice if Newcastle had won tonight but its in Everton's hands come Sunday.

It might be worth some of you staying out of this thread and try and distract yourselves for the next 6 days as its going to play havoc with your heads.

As our spirit of the blues song goes "get down to Goodison park" on Sunday.
I have not been since before the pandemic as I gave up my season ticket but as I am local (within 2 miles) I have just got to be in the vicinity of the ground on Sunday for what could be our last top flight game ever at Goodison.

Be safe now if we’d won on Saturday. But no, you had to score our latest ever premier league goal for the most dramatic of draws.
